Approval of Development Agreement for Eagle Landing Phase 5 for the developer to construct the final 1" lift of asphalt 22 months after the acceptance of streets and drainage.

6.Final Public Hearing to Consider Adoption of Comprehensive Plan Amendment 2017-04 - Residential Aviation Community

The purpose of this amendment is to add Future Land Use Policy 1.2.9.a. to allow for the development of 11 parcels within a residential aviation community that would otherwise be denied applications for building permits due to the inability of the lots to meet the requirements of the Comprehensive Plan related to the subdivision of land.
