A mortgage was taken at the time the work commenced. These mortgages were made as due on sale mortgages with a five (5) year forgiveness clause. During the course of preparing the SHIP Program's Annual Reports, which are submitted to Florida Housing each year, it was necessary to move several projects to the 14/15 Annual Report. Because there is no requirement for a mortgage under the 14/15 Local Housing Assistance Plan (LHAP), the following mortgages should be satisfied:
