6.Approval of report and recommendation regarding civil action against Clay County (Vystar Credit Union v. Steven C. Esies a/k/a Steven C. Estes, et al., Clay County Circuit Court Case No. 17-CA-854)
The County was served on September 28, 2017, as a defendant in the above-referenced case in which Vystar Credit Union seeks to foreclose a mortgage on certain real property located in Clay County, Florida. See attached memorandum.

The Finance Department business is submitted to request approval and ratification by the Board for various warrants and disbursements in order to meet the requirements of Ch. 136.06 (1), Fl Statute.
