The Finance Department business is submitted to request approval and ratification by the Board for various warrants and disbursements in order to meet the requirements of Ch. 136.06 (1), Fl Statute. Acceptance and disposal of various Board property and various documents are submitted for the Board's information. At times, approval is requested for various finance related issues.

7.Public Hearing for Transmittal of the 2025 Comprehensive Plan Evaluation and Appraisal Report

 

8.Public Hearing to Consider Comprehensive Plan Amendment 2017-07
Consider adoption of CPA 2017-07, small scale amendment of parcels 17-04-25-007948-004-00 and 17-04025-007948-005-00 from Branan Field Activity Center to Branan Field Master Planned Community, continued from September 26, 2017 BCC meeting.  The subject property is located in Kindlewood, Commission District 2, Mr. Bolla.
NEW BUSINESS
9.Presentation of proposed Resolution approving issuance by the Clay County Development Authority of a healthcare facilities refunding and improvement revenue bond to refund revenue bonds previously issued and to finance healthcare facilities to be owned and operated by Penney Retirement Community Inc.

         

10.TargetSolutions Learning, LLC-Client Agreement
Approval of the TargetSolutions Learning, LLC Client Agreement, sole source designation and annual advance payment, for tracking County staff certifications and training, for a period of three years, at a three year total cost of $100,966.80 ($33,655.60 annually). Funding Source: 001-0107-549300 (General Fund / MIS / Training and Certification) (T. 11.RFP #16/17-38, EMS Medical Billing

Approval to accept staff's ranking of RFP #16/17-38, EMS Medical Billing, and approval of the contract with the number one ranked company, PST Services, LLC / McKesson at a cost of $315,600.00, which includes three options for one year. The options will be negotiated and implemented as necessary at a later date.

 

1.  PST Services, LLC / McKesson = 88.66

2.  Intermedix Corporation = 65

3.  LifeQuest Services = 61.33

4.  Ambulance Medical Billing = 48

15.Florida Job Growth Grant Fund - Grant Proposal

The proposed grant proposal is to help pay for the cost of construction of Atlantis Drive.  The request is for $2,065,000.00 to enhance the County's $1,000,000.00 investment for the construction the first 1/2 mile of this roadway.  Atlantis Drive is the gateway to the proposed Challenger Center mixed-use project, which upon construction will provide an employment center in the rapidly developing FCX corridor in the Branan Field Master Plan area.
