The tract was originally dedicated as parking. The homeowners association has voted to change the parking lot into a playground for the local children. Florida Stature 177.091(23) states that all park and recreational parcels as applicable shall be stated on the plat. Statue 177.091(25) states that the purpose of all areas dedicated must be clearly indicated or stated on the plat. In order to meet those requirements, the tract has to be replated. |

Approval to award Bid #15/16-18 and approval of Contract with the next lowest bidder, J & D Maintenance and Services of North Florida, LLC for two years at the unit prices per acre provided associated with Right-of-Way and Stormwater Pond mowing services.. Approval will be effective after 72 hour bid protest period has expired.
