Approve acceptance of maintenance of the streets and drainage and development agreement for the Azalea Ridge Unit 4 Phase 1 Subdivision which includes Fishing Creek Lane, Cherry Lake Lane, Green River Place, and Azalea Ridge Boulevard from Sta: 55+45.79 to Sta: 73+06.37 and drainage within easements except where noted at Private Drainage Easements within the Plat.  Acceptance excludes stormwater management facilities (ponds), outfall structures, any conveyance systems outside county easements and any conveyance system within jurisdictional wetlands as established on the final engineering plan.

The Board is the Court-Appointed Receiver in Clay County Circuit Court Case No. 2010-CA-1090, a case involving the abandonment of a water treatment plant located on a parcel of land at 2110 Cornell Road, Middleburg, Florida. See attached memorandum for additional information.
