10.Final Public Hearing to Consider Change to Land Development Code to Add Suburban Section for Roadways (PC voted 8-0 to recommend approval)

This application is part of a group of three applications to amend the County’s Land Development Code, Lake Asbury Land Development Regulations, and the Saratoga Springs DRI Development Order in order to facilitate construction of the C.R. 218 Extension pursuant to a funding agreement to be considered for approval by the Board at the March 13 County Commission meeting.  This amendment revises the Land Development Code to include standards for suburban roadway sections, but only for dashed line roadways in the Lake Asbury Master Plan.  (Even though this is a general Land Development Code Change, it only applies to roadways within District 5, Commissioner Hendry)
