VIDEO1.Public Hearing to Consider Agreement, Text Amendment, and Future Land Use Map Amendment for Solite Property - Continued from May 1 Planning Commission Meeting
This item was continued at the applicant's request from the May 1 Planning Commission meeting.  This is a public hearing to address a proposed agreement with Stoneridge Farms, a text amendment, and a Future Land Use Map amendment for land designated as LA Solite in the Lake Asbury FLUM.  All three items are interconnected so only one motion to approve or deny is required
VIDEO2.Public Hearing to Consider Amendment to the Land Development Code for County to Resume Maintenance Responsibility for Drainage Culverts Under Driveways
The proposed amendment to the Land Development Code would allow County staff to resume driveway maintenance responsibility with respect to the drainage culverts under the driveways.
VIDEO3.Public Hearing to Consider Amendments to the Land Development Code, Article VIII, Design and Improvement Standards.
The proposed amendments to the Land Development Code, Article VIII, include changes to minimum lane and right-of-way width standards and other design and improvement requirements.  This amendment is part of a group of four amendments proposed by the Engineering Division.
