Public Hearing to consider CPA 2018-09 FPL to amend 2040 Future Land Use Map from Industrial to Agriculture on 175 acres and from Rural Residential to Agriculture on 165 acres on Tax Parcel 03-07-26-015793-026-00.

Public Hearing to consider amending the Fleming Island Plantation DRI/DO Map H from Wildlife Preserve to Recreation on tax parcel 38-05-014775-000-00 and to amend specific conditions 4 and 12 to allow a mountain bike trail and  to specify access conditions; and to extend the downzoning and termination dates of the DRI.
