VIDEO1.Public Hearing to consider Rezoning Application Z 18-07 from EX to AG
Rezone from EX to AR on approximately 95 acres, a portion of tax parcel 03-07-26-015793-026-00, located in vicinity of US 17 South and Leno Road.
VIDEO2.First Public Hearing to Consider Change to Article IV of the Land Development Code to Increase Impact Area for Major Projects
Staff is proposing to amend Article IV of the Land Development Code to change the impact area for projects required to do a major traffic study.  The impact area is now one mile.  Staff recommends that it be expanded to three miles, which is what it was when the traffic concurrency requirements were first adopted.
