Acceptance and disposal of various Board property and various documents are submitted for the Board's information. At times, approval is requested for various finance related issues.

8.Public hearing to address proposed agreement, text amendment and future land use map amendment for Stoneridge Farms.

This is a public hearing to address a proposed agreement with Stoneridge Farms, a text amendment, and a Future Land Use Map amendment for land designated as LA Solite in the Lake Asbury FLUM.  All three items are interconnected so only one motion to approve or deny is required.  At Planning Commission, the applicant asked this item to be deferred to the June 5th, 2018 BCC meeting.

11.Discussion of Appointment to the North Florida TPO Citizens Advisory Committee

The Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) has a County At-Large vacancy that has been unfilled since 2015.  The Seat was previously filled by Michael Kloehn. 

 

The County received two applications for consideration of appointment as an At-Large member of the CAC.  Those applications are from Sandra Brooks and Paul J. Casanova.  Both applicants reside in District 2, Commissioner Bolla's District. 

 

The notice has been advertised on the County Web Site since January 4, 2018.

12.Acceptance of Resignation from the Planning Commission - Scott Westervelt
Scott Westervelt informed the Planning Commission at their May 1, 2018 meeting that he would be resigning from his At-Large Seat on the Planning Commission.  Mr. Westervelt stated that his last meeting would be on July 3, 2018.  Mr. Westervelt has served on the Planning Commission since July 14, 2015.
