2.Approval of the 2017 Recapitulation of the Tax Roll and the Report of Error and Insolvencies for the 2017 Tax Roll
3.Finance Business
The Finance Department business is submitted to request approval and ratification by the Board for various warrants and disbursements in order to meet the requirements of Ch. 136.06 (1), Fl Statute. Acceptance and disposal of various Board property and various documents are submitted for the Board's information. At times, approval is requested for various finance related issues.
4.Finance & Audit Committee Business
Approval of the Finance & Audit Committee Minutes of July 3, 2018.
5.Report and recommendation regarding civil action against Clay County (Bank of America, N.A. v. William R. Terrell, et al., Case No.: 18-CA-401)
The County was served on June 21, 2018, as a defendant in the above-referenced case in which Bank of America, N.A. seeks to foreclose a mortgage on certain real property located in Clay County, Florida. 
6.Report and recommendation regarding civil action against Clay County (Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. v. Billy A. Wager, et al., Case No. 18-CA-589)
The County was served on June 27, 2018, as a defendant in the above-referenced case in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. seeks to foreclose a mortgage on certain real property located in Clay County, Florida.

PLANNING AND ZONING
8.First Public Hearing for Code Change 2018-04 BF Activity Center (PC voted 6-0 to approve with changes)
First Reading to Consider Code Change 2018-04 Branan Field Activity Center to add Commercial Kennels as a permitted use and to incorporate residential design standards. The application will be considered for adoption on July 24, 2018.
NEW BUSINESS
9.Bid #17/18-30, Omega Park Improvements
Approval to post notice of intent and award Bid #17/18-30, Omega Park Improvements to Gary S. Bailey, Inc. in the amount of $469,480.00.  Approval will be effective after 72 hour bid protest period has expired assuming no protest are received. Approval of Contract is also requested for construction of project pending transfer from General Fund and amendment of CIP (J. Householder)
10.Proposed resolution acknowledging receipt of report approved by the 2017-18 Charter Review Commission including two proposed amendments to the Clay County Home Rule Charter, calling a special election, directing placement of referenda for the proposed amendments on the ballot, and providing for publication of notice of the referenda as required under Section 100.342, Florida Statutes
