4.Report and recommendation regarding civil action against Clay County (U.S. Bank, N.A. v. Alfreda Dobbins, et al., Clay County Case No. 2018-CA-595)
The County was served on July 23, 2018, as a defendant in the above-referenced case in which U.S. Bank National Association seeks to foreclose a mortgage dated August 22, 2000, which mortgaged certain real property located in Clay County, Florida. See attached memorandum.

The Finance Department business is submitted to request approval and ratification by the Board for various warrants and disbursements in order to meet the requirements of Ch. 136.06 (1), Fl Statute. Acceptance and disposal of various Board property and various documents are submitted for the Board's information. At times, approval is requested for various finance related issues.

The District has petitioned the County to enact an ordinance which will amend the boundaries of the District by removing approximately 121.24 acres, leaving 201.04 acres. See attached documentation for further information.
