These individuals and families experienced severe impacts to their homes as a result of flooding associated with this storm and require assistance in order to recover and mitigate their properties. | | | 14. | Clay County Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (CEMP) | | | | The Division of Emergency Management is requesting the Board’s adoption of the Resolution and Promulgation formally recognizing the newly revised Comprehensive Emergency Plan by the county. Said plan has been reviewed and approved by the State. Following approval by the county, the plan will be put before each municipality for their adoption. Once these steps are completed, the plan will be considered compliant according to State Rule 27P-6.006(11). |
