These individuals and families experienced severe impacts to their homes as a result of flooding associated with this storm and require assistance in order to recover and mitigate their properties. | | | 14. | Clay County Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (CEMP) | | | | The Division of Emergency Management is requesting the Board’s adoption of the Resolution and Promulgation formally recognizing the newly revised Comprehensive Emergency Plan by the county.
