Acceptance and disposal of various Board property and various documents are submitted for the Board's information. At times, approval is requested for various finance related issues.

7.Final Public Hearing to Consider Adoption of CPA 2018-09 (Planning Commission voted 7-0 to recommend approval)

Public Hearing to consider adoption of CPA 2018-09 FPL to amend 2040 Future Land Use Map from Industrial to Agriculture on 175 acres and from Rural Residential to Agriculture on 165 acres on Tax Parcel 03-07-26-015793-026-00.  The BCC voted to transmit to the reviewing agencies on August 28, 2018.  The Planning Commission voted 7-0 on August 7, 2018 to approve.  The subject parcel is located in Commissioner Cella's district.

8.Final Public Hearing to consider Rezoning Application Z 18-07 from EX to AG (P.C. voted 7-0 to recommend approval)
Rezone from EX to AR on approximately 95 acres, a portion of tax parcel 03-07-26-015793-026-00, located in vicinity of US 17 South and Leno Road.

10.Easement Release for Cody Drive

As part of the Bellair West Subdivision, an easement was dedicated to Clay County that is not used for a stormdrain or utilities.  A property owner has submitted an application and fee to release this easement.  Upon review of the easement, it was determined that it would be better suited to release the easement across the lots.

11.Petition to close a portion of a public road shown on the plat of Town of Lake Geneva
The Petition was submitted by Todd Anthony Escher, as the owner of a portion of Block 14, Town of Lake Geneva. The cover letter submitted with the Petition is dated August 7, 2018, requesting that the County relinquish its rights in the road right of way.  The property owners have submitted all necessary fees for the release. The current right of way is not being used as a roadway.  The only other affected property owner has submitted a signed letter having no objections to the closure.
12.Third Renewal of Lobbying Services Agreement with The Fiorentino Group
Authorization to waive the Purchasing Policy as it may apply and approval of the Third Renewal to Agreement No. 2015/2016-66 with The Fiorentino Group, for lobbying services, for a term of one year, in the amount of $60,000.00. 13.RFP #17/18-36, Design/Build - Masters Pit Maintenance Building
Approval to post notice of intent and award RFP #17/18-36, Design/Build - Masters Pit Maintenance Building to Gary S. Bailey, Inc. in the amount of $489,990.00. Approval will be effective after 72 hour bid protest period has expired assuming no protest are received. Funding Source: 305-6080-562000 (Capital Improvements Proj Fund / P W Streets and Drainage / Buildings) (D. 14.Budget True Up

Approval of resolution to amend expenditure budget to recognize additional cash carry forward in order to complete the balance of the Professional Services Agreement for Computer Software between the Fourth Judicial Circuit and Nicholas Hadley d/b/a SysArch for the Clay County ICMS Connector Project agreement. 16.4:00 pm or as soon thereafter - Public Hearing on an Ordinance Amending Clay County Ordinance 2003-36, in order to amend and expand the boundaries of the South Village Community Development District
The District has petitioned the County to enact an ordinance which will amend the boundaries of the District by expanding the CDD by approximately 67.06 acres, for a new total acreage of 1069.41 acres. See attached documentation for further information.

Linda Parrish who served as Seat 1 Trustee to the Lake Asbury Municipal Service Benefit District has sent in her resignation letter for acceptance by the Board.
18.Acceptance of Resignation from Sandra Brooks - North Florida Transportation Planning Organization
Sandra Brooks who served as an At-Large member to the North Florida TPO Citizens Advisory Committee has sent in her resignation letter for acceptance by the Board.
