Several Board members expressed their desire to further discuss amending the code to revise the distance requirements for these types of restaurants.
For discussion purposes, staff has drafted an ordinance (attached) to revise the Code to delete the distance requirements for restaurants that serve alcoholic beverages where food sales are at least 51% of total sales. |
