9.Final Public Hearing to consider Huntley/Eagle Pass PCD, located at 4465 US Highway 17 (P.C. voted 7-0 to recommend approval)

Final Public Hearing to consider amending from BA to PCD on a 5.48 acre portion of Tax Parcel 013131-000-00, and on tax parcel 013131-001-00. Eagle Pass PCD is proposed at 4465 US Highway 17 in Fleming Island. Commission District 3, Ms. Hutchings.

10.First Public Hearing for Comprehensive Plan Text Amendment 2019-01 For Transmittal (PC Voted 7-0 to Approve)
Public Hearing to consider a text amendment regarding rear setbacks from bulkheads and manmade water bodies.

11.Resolution to Provide for a True-Up for All Funds Other than CIP

Approval of Resolution amending the 18/19 Budget to provide for a true up 17/18 actuals for all funds other than CIP. Funding Sources: Various

14.Acceptance of a Quit Claim Deed from St. Johns River Water Management District and a Quit Claim Deed from Vallencourt Construction to provide the County a 60 foot right of way for Crews Road
