7.Public Hearing to Consider Amendments to the Land Development Code, Articles I and III, Pertaining to Borrow Pits and Private Ponds (Planning Commission Continued to April 2, 2019 and Recommended a Declaration of Zoning In Progress)
The proposed amendments to the Land Development Code modify the permitting process for borrow pits and private ponds and require certain conditional uses to gain Board approval.

Quigley House is requesting the BCC's approval to apply for a Unified Homelessness Grant.
