15.Standing Committee's Recommendation of Approval of MT Medical Florida, Inc., d/b/a MEDTRUST's Application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity for Ambulance Service
The Clay County Department of Public Safety received an application from MT Medical Florida, Inc., d/b/a MEDTRUST, for a Class B, C and D Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (COPCN). The application was presented to the designated Standing Committee who heard the application and determined to recommend approval, conditioned on applicant providing a location within Clay County.
