The proposed amendments to the Land Development Code modify the permitting process for borrow pits and private ponds and require certain conditional uses to gain Board approval.

25.5:00 PM or as soon thereafter - Final Public Hearing to Consider Amendments to the Land Development Code, Articles I, IV, X and XA, Pertaining to Fair Share and Development Agreements (P.C. voted 7-0 to approve; Staff Recommends Continuing to May 14, 2019)

The proposed amendments to the Land Development Code would revise the fair share and development agreement sections to reflect changes in the impact fee ordinance and state law.
