2.Penney Farms Museum - Cathie Parrot
The Town of Penney Farms and J.C. Penney Memorial Scenic Highway, Inc. recently came before the County with a non-profit grant request for $30,000 to convert the now closed fire station building into the Penney Farms Historical Museum. The Finance & Audit Committee requested they go before the TDC for consideration.

5.Fairgrounds Master Plan Update
Since the TDC funded the Fairgrounds Master Plan, we know it is important to you to have an update on progress with the plan. The attached memo provides some additional information on progress for your review.
6.Chamber of Commerce Visitor Center Update - Kimberly Morgan

We will have a brief presentation of possibilities for the Visitor Centers.  Timeline and locations are attached.

7.Bed Tax Collections
5-year Bed Tax Collections Report - as of May collections, collections year to date is up nearly 18%.  Note the double digit month over month growth for collections during March, April, May and June for stays February through May.

FY18-19 Budget Overview - this budget includes the requested carry forward for FY19-20.
9.Event Marketing Grant Update
FY18-19 TDC Event Marketing Grant Update - status report on all event marketing grants awarded in FY18-19 for FY18-19.  Expecting to have a large balance in this line and will be requesting approval to carry forward most of the balance to FY19-20.

Welcome Signage was part of the 2017 Branding Study that resulted in our new seal, logo and tagline.  After going through FDOT permitting preliminary process, we need to determine the funding source for this project.
