| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | | The County Board previously approved the acceptance and maintenance of the streets and drainage. The Developer opted to construct the roadway in two lifts of asphalt. The second lift will be constructed 22 months from the acceptance date. This process witll ensure a more quality roadway for the residents and less maintenance costs for the County. |
