BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

Wiggins Construction Company of North Florida, Inc. is requesting that the Board approve for recording the final plat for Old Jennings Townhomes.  The plat encompasses 1.11 acres and consists of 12 single family residential lots.  The development is located off Old Jennings Road.
