Approval of a request of the Tax Collector to the Board of County Commissioners to direct the Clay County Value Adjustment Board (VAB), pursuant to Sections 197.323 and 193.122, Florida Statutes, to certify the assessment roll prior to completion of the VAB hearings

Changes in Florida law relating to the VAB resulted in the mandatory use of Special Magistrates to conduct the hearings on the various petitions filed before the VAB. Compliance with the new law will necessarily mean that the final action of the VAB will occur after November 1, 2017.
