BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
On May 18, 2011, the Clay County NSP 1 Program made a loan to Becki Sue Wolf in the amount of $25,596.70 funded through the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP1).  This was made as a due on sale mortgage.  Ms. Wolf recently sold her house and the mortgage amount has been re-paid to the county.  The homeowner is released from her obligation.
