| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | LARMAC, LLC has requested acceptance of maintenance of the streets and drainage for the aforementioned 47 lot single family subdivision.
The subdivision has been designed and built per the Clay County Land Development Code and has been inspected by the Engineering and Public Works Department for compliance. As required, attached is a maintenance warranty bond in the amount of $68,735.60 to cover any workmanship or material defects for a period of 2 years. |
