The Board approved a resurfacing list of 45 streets for approximately $5 million. We anticipate an approximate surplus of $ 477,000. This surplus is generated by the difference in the estimated cost of each road and the actual invoice for the road resurfacing when it is completed. We still have four road to resurface, so there may be even more of a surplus.

We request permission to add up to six more roads to this year’s resurfacing project.

There is one road, Bee Street that has drainage issues that we will not be able to fix before September 30, 2017. We would propose to make Bee Street the number one project for next year’s resurfacing list.
