SUBJECT: The Ordinance under consideration approves a Transportation Impact Fee to be assessed on new development in unincorporated Clay County.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The attached ordinance compiles the data and recommendations from the Tindale Oliver study, which include all input from staff, as well as that received from the Board at the August 8 meeting.   If adopted, the 90-day notification period runs from the date the rates are published, which will be September 14.  Therefore, fees will go into effect on Thursday, December 14, 2017.
