| DATE: 9/14/2017 | | | | | FROM: Carolyn Morgan, Chief Planner | | | | | SUBJECT: The Historic Preservation Board voted at its June 13, 2017 meeting to withdraw the restoration of the Budington House from its agenda. Upon a review of the Budington House by member Randy Harris with James Householder, the Board made a determination that the structure was decayed and that funds were not likely available for a costly restoration.
