BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The attached ordinance compiles that data and recommendations from the final Tindale Oliver study, which includes all input from staff, as well as that received from the Board at the August 8 meeting.  There are minor changes to this ordinance from that under consideration at the September 12 meeting, which will be presented at the meeting.
