BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

Edgewater Landing, LLP is requesting that the Board approve for recording the final plat for Edgewater Landing Phase 1 Replat.  The plat encompasses 0.75 acres and consists of 2 single family residential lots.  The development is located off County Road 209 and Russell Road.
