SUBJECT: Clay County Farm Bureau, Inc. has requested to use the County's stormwater management facility (pond) on Henley Road (which is adjacent to its property) to discharge the runoff from their proposed building and parking lot. In exchange, Farm Bureau will assume the routine maintenance of the pond. See attached documentation for further information.
