The Board authorized the submission of the Flood Mitigation Grant for the subject property at its meeting of 9/26/2017. This is a supplemental form required for the grant as it undergoes Federal review. The form attests that the homeowner is participating in the program on a voluntary basis and that the County is not forcing the homeowner to sell the home.
