SUBJECT: Rezone from AR to PUD on 35.08 acres, located on north side of Washington Avenue from Spring Avenue to Turkey Avenue.    The proposed PUD includes 125 residential lots, 5,500 square feet in size and 4.55 acres of open space.  Access is proposed on Washington Street a little east of its intersection with Park Ridge Avenue.  (Planning Commission voted 6-1 to deny)
