The subject parcels are located in Commission District 3, Ms. Hutchings and in the Orange Park Planning District. (Planning Commission voted 7-0 to approve)

| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | CPA 2017-06, approved by the BCC September 26, 2007, amended land use for these four parcels from Commercial to Urban Core. The Planning Commission considered Z-17-10 on November 7, 2017 and recommended approval 7-0. The BCC held the first public November 28, 2017 to consider Z-17-10. No vote was taken. This is a staff initiated application which requires two public hearings before the BCC. Z-17-10 is to be considered for adoption on December 12, 2017, the second public hearing before the BCC. |
