SUBJECT: The Board will determine whether the proposed changes to the Governors Park DRI are a substantial deviation and, if not, will consider the proposed changes to the Development Order.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Governors Park DRI was approved by the County in 2009, but no development has yet occurred on the site.  The Notice of Proposed Change has been submitted that proposes to change the phasing schedule, modify transportation conditions and affordable housing conditions, and change recreation conditions.
