SUBJECT: As you will recall, the Board approved on August 8, 2017, an Interlocal Agreement between the Board and the Housing Finance Authority (HFA) obligating the County to make a contribution of $80,000 to the construction of the Cassie Gardens affordable elderly housing project. The Board also approved the execution and delivery of an Assignment of Mortgage upon closing. The Board previously signed the Assignment of Mortgage but it now needs to be revised. See attached memorandum for further details.
