SUBJECT: The applicant is requesting a change to the Land Development Code to add the sale of storage sheds with light assembly as a permitted use in BSC zoning.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The applicant represents a shopping center that use to house the old Scotty's.  Fortis College rents the front half of the old Scotty's but the rear portion, which was the warehouse portion of Scotty's, has remained unused for many years.  Tough Sheds would like to move to this location but is not allowed under present zoning.
