Grimm | | | | | SUBJECT: On November 14, 2017, the Board approved entry into a fee agreement with Municipal Code Corporation for legal review of the County’s Code of Ordinances and Land Development Code. The Board approved this agreement through the Consent Agenda, as the agreement was presented to and recommended by the Finance & Audit Committee on November 7, 2017. This matter is being brought back to the Board for its express approval of advance payment under the agreement. See attached memorandum for further information
