SUBJECT: Request approval to waive the Purchasing Policy as it may apply and approval of the  Fifth Amendment to 800 MHZ Public Safety Radio System Agreement with Motorola. This Amendment includes revisions to the Statement of Work, Equipment List, Contract Design Review Document and an extension of the Final System Acceptance Date with no change to the contract amount.
