SUBJECT: The Autumn Glenn Homeowners Association Board of Directors unanimously voted to accept the Parking Proposal from Clay County Engineering and Public Works.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The Autumn Glenn HOA approached the County regarding safety concern due to the flow of traffic within their subdivision.  The streets at 20 feet wide and do not accommodate the parking of vehicles on both sides of the street while allowing for passage between vehicles.  Additionally, the School, Sanitation, and Emergency Vehicles have a difficult time on the streets.  The County provide the HOA the County's Request for No Parking procedures outlying the requirements for a community to receive assistance.  The HOA complied with the requirements as directed.
