BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
On May 16, 2008, the Clay County SHIP Program made a loan to Randy A. and Tamika M. Limerick in the amount of $17,500.00 funded through the First Time Homebuyer Down Payment Assistance Program.  This loan was made as a due on sale mortgage.  The Limericks sold their home and have paid these funds back to the program.  The homeowners are released from this obligation.
