Approval to accept staff's ranking of RFP #17/18-5, Digital Marketing and Content Storytelling (Rebid) and award to the number one ranked firm, Ideabar at a cost of $48,900.00. Approval will be effective after 72 hour period for protest has expired.

A committee consisting of the Tourism Director, Parks & Recreation Manager, and MIS Technician I (Digital & Social Media Specialist) has performed the evaluation and ranking. This RFP will provide assistance with content creation and engage people with that content via unique digital marketing efforts and distribute and promote content through various mediums such as social media platforms and media outlets.
