Approve acceptance of maintenance of the streets and drainage and development agreement for the Azalea Ridge Unit 4 Phase 1 Subdivision which includes Fishing Creek Lane, Cherry Lake Lane, Green River Place, and Azalea Ridge Boulevard from Sta: 55+45.79 to Sta: 73+06.37 and drainage within easements except where noted at Private Drainage Easements within the Plat.  Acceptance excludes stormwater management facilities (ponds), outfall structures, any conveyance systems outside county easements and any conveyance system within jurisdictional wetlands as established on the final engineering plan.

The subdivision has been designed and built per the Clay County Land Development Code and has been inspected by the Engineering and Public Works Department for compliance. As required, attached is a maintenance warranty bond in the amount of $$1,360,389.00 to cover any workmanship or material defects for a period of 2 years.
