Approval of First Amendment to Non-Exclusive Interlocal Subscription Agreement #13/14-122 with The Florida PACE Funding Agency, amending Section 3.03, to provide for a sixty day termination provision.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
It was discovered that the Agreement did not include a provision for termination.  This amendment allows for either party to terminate the agreement upon sixty days prior written notice. Furthermore this amendment will follow the same renewal schedule as the other PACE providers.
