| DATE: 2/28/2018 | | | | | FROM: Edward Lehman | | | | | SUBJECT: This application is part of a group of three applications to amend the County’s Land Development Code, Lake Asbury Land Development Regulations, and the Saratoga Springs DRI Development Order in order to facilitate construction of the C.R. 218 Extension pursuant to a funding agreement to be considered for approval by the Board at the March 13 County Commission meeting. This amendment revises the Lake Asbury Land Development Regulations to allow for suburban roadway sections. (District 5, Commissioner Hendry)

| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | Paragraph 13 of the Lake Asbury Land Development Regulations addresses Roadway Standards. The applicant has added a column including standards for Suburban sections that address the minimum right-of-way width of 155 feet for a suburban section. A suburban section will only be allowed for major or minor collectors.
