SUBJECT: On March 9, 2018, the County Attorney’s Office accepted service on behalf of the County of a summons, a lis pendens and a complaint naming the County as a defendant in the above-referenced case.  In the complaint, U.S. Bank National Association seeks to foreclose a mortgage dated December 18, 2007, and recorded on January 14, 2008, in Official Records Book 2982, page 805, public records of Clay County, Florida, on certain real property located in Clay County, Florida. See attached memorandum for additional information.
