SUBJECT: The purpose of this amendment is to award density for required wetland-upland buffer land dedications within the Lake Asbury Master Plan Area and to include policy revisions proposed in the Evaluation and Appraisal Report process that were held constant to permit further study of the density issue.

This proposed amendment represents a combined effort between staff and the applicants, who at the EAR transmittal hearing in October 2017 initially requested ten units per acre for the required buffers in the Asbury Greenway.
