BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
On May 13, 2008, the Clay County SHIP Program made a loan to Tracy L. Brady in the amount of $20,000.00 funded through the First Time Home Buyer Program.  This was made as a due on sale mortgage.  Ms. Brady recently sold her house and the second mortgage, in the amount of $20,000.00 has been re-paid to the county in full.  The homeowner is released from her obligation.
