| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | The applicant is requesting approval of the final plat for Verbena Parkway Extension No. 2. The plat is a dedication of right-of-way for a future County roadway as required by the Lake Asbury Master Plan. The plat will serve as the applicant’s adequate public facilities fee required also by the master plan.
